We are seeking a motivated and strategic Head Sales to drive revenue growth and lead our sales initiatives in the Company’s business unit. The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets. This role requires a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be both a hands-on contributor and a team leader, capable of executing sales strategies while mentoring others.

- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across the business domains
- Responsible to perform account coverage on existing customers to develop and seek new opportunities, identify and penetrate new markets
- Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Study and understand the customer’s requirements and assist the solution team to propose suitable solutions using in-house developed systems and off-the-shelf components where applicable
- Leverage data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track KPIs, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy of the prospects
- Prepare and present technical and price proposals to customers for both budgetary estimates and in response to tenders
- Keep track of the prospects and constantly update and report status of the business unit’s prospects and pipeline
Qualities We Value
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (MBA or technical background is a plus).
- 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in a tech industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the tech sales cycle, including product-led growth and customer retention.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
