Job Mission as a Digital Sales Associate

You will provide guidance to individuals to find their ideal digital careers or upgrade their current skills for the new digital economy. You will offer consultative needs-based selling and career consultation to help individuals pursue the best suited digital careers and acquire necessary digital skills.

Team Structure

You will collaborate with the Marketing Team to launch lead generation and awareness campaigns and work with the Delivery and Talent Management teams to ensure skills acquisition and future-ready careers.

Your main responsibilities
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
  • Provide career consultation and needs-based selling to guide individuals towards suitable digital careers or skills.
  • Maintain sales activities and improve conversion ratios to meet sales targets.

Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience is advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion to learn and grow are welcome to apply.
  • A positive mindset towards personal growth and engaging with others.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree graduate.
  • Passionate about upskilling advocacy.
  • Good English communication skills.
