Operations/ Admin Support Executive - Fast Growing F&B Brand

Our client is a prominent, locally grown F&B business dedicated to delivering premium food and beverage concepts to local food enthusiasts. They have also expanded to a lifestyle brand with close to 10 outlets in Singapore. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for providing exceptional service, they have established themselves as a leader in the local F&B scene.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and practical Operations Support Executive to join our client’s expanding team. This role is well suited for someone with a driven, hands-on mindset to assist with the administrative and back-end operations of the brand's retail stores.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate operational and administrative tasks for retail stores, including licensing, insurance, and logistics to ensure smooth store openings.
  • Oversee stock movement for store supplies, track inbound and outbound items, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and process invoices
  • Oversee payment & POS Systems (NETS, Stripe Express) including reconciling discount logistics and ensuring systems run smoothly.
  • Maintain and track vendor agreements, service contracts, and other operational documents.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure facilities and equipment are in excellent condition and maintain and coordinate building/ store repairs, ensuring routine service scheduling.
Qualifications
  • Minimally a Diploma in Administration, Office Management or related fields
  • Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in retail business operations, ideally in the F&B space
  • Multi-tasker with a go-getter attitude who works well in a dynamic enviroment
  • Analytical and operationally strong with the ability to track operations consistently and execute plans efficiently
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
