OAS provides academic services for students from the time of their matriculation to their graduation and are committed to integrity, strong governance, and high standards of professionalism in our work to establish success for all NTU students.**Job Responsibilities:**The position requires the candidate to:* Work independently and collaboratively with Schools to administer the semester centralised and decentralised examinations including booking of and setting up venues as well as ensuring all resources and logistics are in place for the smooth conduct of examinations.* Assist in the examination timetabling of courses at university level and management of invigilators, including external invigilators, for examinations.* Process the medical certificates submitted by students who have missed the examinations and promptly follow up on any queries from Schools and students and other related administrative work.* Assist in the booking and managing of examination venues for CAs and Trimester examinations.* Assist in procurement of examination supplies and related items for examinations.* Support the digital transformation of examination at University level.* Manage the disposal of documents exercise.* Support central administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.**Job Requirements:*** Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in academic services in the tertiary education sector.* Experience in examination planning and events management will be an added advantage.* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), PDF, and the use of IT towards operational productivity.* Analytical experience with data and information.* Experience in database and process management.* Meticulous with high attention to details.* Strong communication, good interpersonal and organisational skills.* Pleasant personality with high integrity and good working attitude.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTUNTU is also home to world-class autonomous institutes – the National Institute of Education, S Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Earth Observatory of Singapore, and Singapore Centre for Environmental Life Sciences Engineering – and various leading research centres such as the Nanyang Environment & Water Research Institute (NEWRI) and Energy Research Institute @ NTU ( ).Ranked amongst the world's top universities by QS, NTU has also been named the world's top young university for the past seven years.
