Examination Administration Executive

The Examination Administrative Executive will execute the day to day operations of the Examinations Administration (EA) department, recommends improvements to EA processes; and support the Reporting Officer in assigning work within given parameters to immediate team members.
**Accountabilities**:
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Support the implementation of regulatory standards and controls within EA processes.
- **Examination Administration**: Plan, assign1 and execute activities necessary to support the smooth administration of SIM PL examinations.
- **Audits**: Ensure readiness of documentations to support all internal and external audits on EA department.
- **Records Keeping**: Maintain examination records in accordance to established EA processes.
- **EA Policies and Procedures**: Provide and compile1 inputs to the review of EA policies and procedures to meet operational/annual review requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement and Innovation**: Recommend and implement improvements to EA processes to address new business requirements/user experience and in achieving operational efficiency.
- **Budgeting**: Monitor and manage the annual budget of EA department for budget items assigned by Reporting Officer.
- **Mentorship**: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members; assign work to immediate team within the parameters set by Reporting Officer**1**.
- **Examination Board Support**: Plan, assign1 and execute activities needed to generate reports and analysis of examination results/statistics; perform minutes taking at EBSC as assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**Academic Education and Work Experience**
- A bachelor's degree, with at least 2/3 years of relevant working experience in higher education,
- Diploma holders, with 4-5 years of working experience in higher education will also be considered,
- Proven track records of collaborating with team in achieving results.
**Skills and Personal Attributes**
- Proficient in mentoring team members.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organise and time manage under pressure.
- Independent and resourceful; collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals.
- Meticulous and process-oriented.
- Good learning agility; constantly recommend improvements and capable of adapting to evolving job requirements.
- Proficient in utilising digital tools to enhance work effectiveness.
