Manager, Student Administration and Operations

role reports to the Assistant Director (Operations) in the ASEAN & China Programme Office (Singapore) and work directly with counterparts who are based at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) to support the daily operations and engage the Vietnamese-speaking markets and students for the IMBA.
Job DescriptionSupport the Assistant Director (Operations) in the management and coordination of administrative and operations-related functions for the IMBA (Vietnam)Programme and Curriculum Management (Including but not limited to timetabling, faculty appointment, exam planning, administer course registrations, candidature matters and academic assessments etc.)Faculty Support and Student ManagementManage the planning, scheduling, and execution of orientation activities for the programmes, including procurement of orientation items, refreshments, preparation classes and materials, workshops, and teambuilding events.Monitor student's graduating status and schedule graduation and related activities.Strive towards the provision of positive, enriching, and memorable academic and social experiences for the students through carrying out the operational, administrative aspects of the programmes with integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
RequirementsA degree holder, preferably with relevant work experience of 5 to 7 years, with at least 3 years of experience in customer service and administration, preferably in the education industryRelevant experience in marketing communications will be an added advantageMeticulous and detail orientedBe able to multi-task effectively and work under pressurePossess strong leadership, organisational and supervisory capabilitiesAble to work independently and as a teamProficiency in both (reading, writing, and speaking) in English and Vietnamese is essential due to the need to effectively engage with Vietnamese-speaking markets and students
