We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing students' academic journey and research experience.

  • Support student activities including course registration and addressing inquiries.
  • Manage supervisor appointments and thesis advisory committees.
  • Collaborate with the Graduate Research Programme Committee for Qualifying Examination (QE) panel appointments.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting students' qualifying examinations.
  • Handle follow-ups on outstanding fees.
  • Compile and generate reports for assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate seminars for Research Centres, involving venue reservations, email communications, catering arrangements, and logistical preparations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in higher education, specifically in admissions or academic program administration, is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, independence, and quick learning.
