We invite applications for the position of Senior Executive. The incumbent shall actively contribute to academic initiatives and activities aimed at enriching students' learning experience throughout their postgraduate academic journey.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee all aspects of dissertation management, including calls for proposals, dissertation allocation, tracking submission statuses, managing dissertation examinations, and handling all related documentation. Facilitate student reimbursements for lab consumables and other dissertation-related expenses. Assist in the coordination of pre-exam preparation and post-exam processing, including exam paper preparation, marks verification and processing, and managing exam result appeals. Conduct follow-ups on overdue fees and manage related communications. Serve as a part of the team that acts as the primary point of contact for postgraduate students regarding administrative matters. Assist in planning and organizing events such as seminars, workshops, and graduation ceremonies. Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance administrative efficiency. Compile and prepare detailed reports related to assigned tasks and projects. Any other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. Prior working experience in higher education environment, especially in administration of academic programmes, will be an added advantage. Excellent organization, prioritization, monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, resourceful and excellent team player. Proficient in MS Office applications /IT applications.
