We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our team at NTU. Your role will involve supporting admission procedures, postgraduate student research, and academic activities to improve the student's learning journey.

  • Manage admission and scholarship applications effectively.
  • Provide assistance in student-related tasks such as handling conference applications, managing reimbursement for conference expenses, supporting overseas/local attachments, and dealing with course-related issues.
  • Prepare and compile reports for assigned responsibilities.
  • Offer academic and administrative advisory services to potential applicants and current students.
  • Contribute to research staff development and activities.
  • Support the Research Apprentice Program (RAP).
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior exposure to higher education, specifically in admissions or academic program administration, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Possess excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
  • Seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks independently, and a quick learner attitude.
