The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a tangible difference in people's lives by assisting our learners in securing entry-level IT job roles across the United States. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the IT job market to effectively match our learners with opportunities that align with their skills and career aspirations.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders in the IT industry to identify job opportunities for our learners. Understand the specific needs and requirements of employers to effectively match them with suitable candidates from our learner pool. Provide comprehensive support to learners throughout the job search process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job application guidance. Organize job fairs, networking events, and workshops to connect learners with potential employers and industry professionals. Collaborate with the training team to ensure that curriculum and training programs are aligned with industry needs and job market trends. Maintain detailed records of learner progress, job placements, and employer feedback to continuously improve our services and outcomes. Offer ongoing support and career advice to placed learners, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles and promoting long-term career success.Requirements Bachelors degree in business, Human Resources, Education, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in career services, job placement, recruitment, or a related area, preferably within the IT or tech industry. Strong network of contacts in the IT sector and familiarity with the current job market and employment trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire confidence in others. Proficiency in using career services software, job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment and job placement purposes.
