Overview

We are partnering with a leading global logistics organisation to appoint a Director of Analytics & Performance Management for its APAC operations. This is a senior leadership role at the forefront of digital transformation, data strategy, and performance excellence across a highly complex, multi-market environment.

Responsibilities: Analytics & Performance Management
  • Define and execute the regional data and analytics strategy
  • Lead development of advanced analytics products and AI applications
  • Champion data quality, governance, and literacy across teams
  • Drive cross-functional performance processes (MRP, DPM, OEPM)
  • Manage and optimise tools such as LOGICS Business Metrics and Planning modules
  • Promote best practices and standardised reporting through Power BI and other tools
  • Build, lead, and grow a high-performing regional data analytics team
  • Develop APAC as a strategic talent hub for analytics
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier data professionals
  • Align regional initiatives with global strategies and transformation efforts
  • Scale key analytics programs and performance tools
  • Lead a regional Centre of Excellence for Data Analytics
What We're Looking For
  • 10–15 years of experience in Operational Excellence, ideally in logistics or supply chain
  • 5+ years leading projects/programs in distribution or fulfillment environments
  • Deep expertise in analytics, performance management, and data-led transformation
  • Proven experience managing cross-cultural and cross-country teams
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
What’s in it for You
  • Base Salary: SGD 192,000 – 250,000 annually
