As part of the Compliance Policy & Analytics Department (CPAD) team, you will play an integral role in strengthening the AML/CFT compliance framework for Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) through effective inspection programmes and supervisory engagement. What You Will Be Working On

  • Plan and execute risk-based inspections of CSPs to assess compliance with AML/CFT requirements
  • Develop and maintain inspection procedures and tools to enhance the effectiveness of supervisory activities
  • Analyse inspection findings to identify trends and emerging risks in the CSP sector
  • Supervise and guide officers in conducting inspections and preparing inspection reports
  • Contribute to the development of supervisory policies and guidelines for the CSP sector
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the AML/CFT framework
  • Design and deliver outreach programmes to promote compliance awareness among CSPs

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, supervision, or professional services
  • Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders
  • Professional qualification in relevant fields such as Law, Accountancy, or Business
  • Experience in conducting regulatory inspections or audits would be an advantage
