We are looking to hire a Pricing Manager within the HNW Pricing team to lead the system enhancement efforts of the team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and consult with key stakeholders in the Information Systems and Operations functions to develop solutions.

  • Challenge the status quo and work with the team to develop new tools, process efficiencies and automated solutions to meet internal and external customer demands.

  • Act independently to develop, support and analyze key system enhancement initiatives aimed at improving the ability to scale HNW operations.

  • Support Team lead and the Pricing Officer with project and ad hoc analysis as required.

  • Mentor and training of existing and new hires as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or business-related field.

  • Expert knowledge and thorough experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access alongside proven experience with Excel Macros or VBA coding would be an asset.

  • Proven organizational, time management and prioritization skills to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Be adaptable and open to change and take a leadership role in driving that change independently. Manage adhoc project work with ability to see to completion with little or no supervision

  • Exceptional work ethic, accountability, team first mentality, positive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of departments within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Life insurance Pricing experience

  • Experience with HNW products (i.e. Universal Life structure)
