Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Overview

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will lead the recruitment strategies for commercial roles across diverse markets. Collaborating with business leaders and HR teams, you’ll identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for commercial roles.
  • Leverage regional market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably from tech, fintech and web3 industry.
  • Proven results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively in both Chinese and English.
