The Role

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner , you will lead the charge in shaping our recruitment strategies for commercial roles across diverse markets. Collaborating closely with business leaders and HR teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for commercial roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Leverage regional market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in regional talent acquisition, with a focus on commercial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools, including sourcing platforms, ATS, and networking strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both Chinese and English speaking stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
