The RoleAs a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner , you will lead the charge in shaping our recruitment strategies for commercial roles across diverse markets. Collaborating closely with business leaders and HR teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for commercial roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Leverage regional market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in regional talent acquisition, with a focus on commercial roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools, including sourcing platforms, ATS, and networking strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both Chinese and English speaking stakeholders at all levels.
