Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities, and possess a solid understanding of the sales process. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department, allowing the Director to focus on strategic initiatives and key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Director Assistance:

o Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.

o Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.

o Process and manage administrative tasks on behalf of the Director.

· Sales Operations Support:

o Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, dashboards, and presentations.

o Prepare and format sales proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents.

o Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and operations.

o Manage and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.

o Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to the Director.

· Customer and Client Support:

o Act as a first point of contact for sales-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

o Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating them to the Director or relevant team members when necessary.

o Support the preparation and submission of sales orders and invoices.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· A positive attitude, professional demeanour, and a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.

· We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
