Role Summary:

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while aligning with the organization's goals and values, work closely with multiple stakeholder to deliver data-driven insights, oversee salary structures, manage benefits programs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Compensation & Benefits strategies, including wellbeing programs and process enhancements, to improve employee experience, attract and retain top talent, and align with overall company objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and regularly update C&B policies and procedures to ensure alignment and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of salary structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking initiatives to remained competitive.
  • Design and manage performance-based compensation programs that drive high performance and align employee objectives with business goals.
  • Manage and continuously improve employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement, and wellness initiatives, ensuring support employee wellbeing and organizational value.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Work with Finance to prepare and manage C&B budgets, including forecasting of salary and benefits expenditures.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure employees clearly understand compensation structures, benefits offerings, and associated policies.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of C&B programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field; a professional certificate is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant working experiences
  • Experienced working in a start-up environment would be an added advantage
  • Proven track record of managing and executing C&B programs in a mid to large-sized organization.

  • Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, pay structures, benefits design, incentive plans, and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexible, multitasker, and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
