This is a Quality Inspector (QI) role responsible for implementing and carrying out quality checks to ensure high construction and workmanship quality during the delivery stage, aligning with customer satisfaction and our company vision of providing quality homes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Construction Quality to achieve high-quality construction and workmanship in the delivery stage.
  • Ensure readiness for Temporary Occupation (TOP), inspecting and recording work progress by contractors to deliver quality homes.
  • Conduct Independent Quality Mark (QM) checks of all units, monitor defect rectification after TOP and during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Department (CSD) on CDL in-house quality inspections.
  • Ensure unit defects are rectified promptly within the specified time frame.
  • Implement CDL's 5-Star Environment, Health & Safety Policy on-site, ensuring contractors meet the highest standards during quarterly inspections.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, or related disciplines.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in construction, especially in quality inspection and delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging customers effectively.
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail.
