We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all food products are produced in compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. You’ll be involved in monitoring production processes, maintaining quality control, managing documentation, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvements across our facility.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Process Monitoring

  • Oversee daily production processes and ensure compliance with food safety standards, SOPs, and quality specifications.

  • Conduct in-process inspections, hygiene checks, and quality audits to meet internal and external requirements.

  • Perform quality control tests and basic lab analysis on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet release criteria.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Manage and maintain all food safety-related documentation, including ISO 22000 , FSSC 22000 , GMP , HACCP , Halal , and other certification records.

  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure the facility meets both legal and internal standards.

  • Support internal and external audits, working closely with senior QA executives and auditors.

Product Development & Improvement

  • Work with the R&D team on new product development and provide QA input to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

  • Assist in improving the taste profiles and quality of existing products.

  • Support market research and studies related to product development.

Training & Development

  • Conduct internal training sessions to ensure staff understand food safety practices, hygiene requirements, and QA processes.

  • Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to enhance awareness of proper food handling and safety.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and reviewing GMP programmes across production areas.

  • Identify gaps in food safety processes and help implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of CCP logs , inspection findings, and other quality records.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, food manufacturing, or food safety management.

    • Familiarity with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, and Halal certifications preferred.

    • Experience in basic in-house lab analysis will be an advantage.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

    • Good knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance methodologies, and testing protocols.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Able to work independently, with a willing-to-learn attitude.

    • Bilingual with good communication skills for training, reporting, and teamwork.
