Overview

Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy, specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Implementing and assisting on quality management matters
  • Performance of internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and contract requirements
  • Manage the Document Control system
  • Review processes and ensure subcontractors comply and complete their work according with contract requirements
  • Conduct assessments and review of subcontractors’ performance
  • Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes
  • Prepare monthly reports on the quality of works and services performed by team and subcontractors
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification, Skills And Experience
  • Possess Diploma in any field
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality standards
  • Experience in IFM related field or Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possess skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls
  • Leading by example, displaying honesty
  • Effective communicator with the ability to problem solve
  • A self-independent team player with a growth mind
  • Due to the nature of the job, only Singaporeans will be considered for candidacy
