Overview

Perform Quality Assurance (QA) duties for MLD Contracts. The FM Executive will assist the Quality Manger in conducting audits and process reviews, compiling and preparing audited data into trends and analyses for meetings, and reviewing policies and procedures based on findings.

Responsibilities
  • Formulate FM schedule for soft services scope and conduct routine inspection.
  • Preparation and review of QMS (as and when required).
  • Responsible for the execution and compilation of all audits executed under his/her account.
  • Analyze the audit findings and implement CAPA accordingly.
  • Compilation and preparation of meeting slides from audited data, trending and analysis.
  • Reviewing of contractor’s performance.
Requirements
  • Possesses Engineering Degree; experience in Building Infrastructure will be an advantage.
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, pro-active and self-driven.
  • Due to security clearance requirements, only Singaporeans can be considered for the role.
