QS admin

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor. This role bridges project costing, quotation preparation, and client coordination—ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of analytical and administrative responsibilities within the construction or engineering sector.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate pricing, timely quotations, and smooth project execution.

• Prepare and issue project quotations based on client requirements and technical specifications
• Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, and admin) to gather necessary pricing information
• Perform cost estimation for tender submissions, including labor, material, and equipment breakdowns
• Monitor and submit tenders via the GeBIZ portal
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities listed on GeBIZ
• Liaise with clients to clarify project scopes, follow up on quotations, and provide timely support
• Maintain accurate quotation records, pricing databases, and templates
• Assist management in identifying and tracking potential leads or project opportunities
• Provide general administrative support as needed

• Understand how to read construction plans, and map (one-map, google map)
• Prior experience in construction, utilities, engineering, or other project-based environments preferred
• Able to interpret construction drawings, site layouts, and utility maps
• Strong costing and estimation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (costing) and Word (documentation)
• Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with GeBIZ, tender processes, or quotation packaging is an advantage
