Senior Sales Manager – JEB Furniture Solutions

Responsibilities:

  1. Build an in-depth knowledge of all JEB brands and product ranges, acting as a furniture consultant to the A&D, project managers, and clients.
  2. Be responsible for JEB product sales & services, including strengthening customer relations, assisting in problem-solving, and handling all inquiries for JEB furniture-related brands & products.
  3. Take the lead in handling sales operations within JEB.
  4. Proactively generate new business opportunities through previously gained sales skills.
  5. Introduce creative and effective strategies to optimize sales and boost team performance.
  6. Liaise closely with key Architects & Designers regularly to maximize sales opportunities.
  7. Knock on doors, set up appointments, and arrange presentations to potential and existing clients from a business perspective.
  8. Carry out regular follow-ups with potential & existing clients to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
  9. Communicate and manage expectations by fully utilizing available JEB reports, CRM technologies, and resources.
  10. Measure sales rep activity on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure time management and goal achievement.
  11. Build a comprehensive understanding of technical drawings and ensure all product details are captured for the CAD department to design correctly.
  12. Stay aware of changing market conditions, workplace requirements, price points, and lead times.
  13. Source new furniture brands/products where necessary to maximize opportunities for success on any given project.
  14. Liaise regularly with QS teams & suppliers regarding product feasibility and price points for each project.
  15. Communicate with clients regularly and attend tender briefings on fit-out works requirements.
  16. Gather all information for tenders and quotations, specifically instructing sales teams/admin on what to prepare and for whom.
  17. Communicate good news and bad news promptly to address issues appropriately.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in English – written/spoken.
  2. At least 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within commercial or related industries.
  3. Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
  4. Proficient understanding of MS Office.
  5. Strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities.
  6. Excellent soft skills with a team player attitude.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
  8. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
  9. Willingness to thrive in an international environment, with multiple languages and time zones.
  10. Set, communicate, and maintain timelines, budgets, and priorities on every project.
