
Senior Sales Manager – JEB Furniture Solutions

Responsibilities:
- Build an in-depth knowledge of all JEB brands and product ranges, acting as a furniture consultant to the A&D, project managers, and clients.
- Be responsible for JEB product sales & services, including strengthening customer relations, assisting in problem-solving, and handling all inquiries for JEB furniture-related brands & products.
- Take the lead in handling sales operations within JEB.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through previously gained sales skills.
- Introduce creative and effective strategies to optimize sales and boost team performance.
- Liaise closely with key Architects & Designers regularly to maximize sales opportunities.
- Knock on doors, set up appointments, and arrange presentations to potential and existing clients from a business perspective.
- Carry out regular follow-ups with potential & existing clients to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
- Communicate and manage expectations by fully utilizing available JEB reports, CRM technologies, and resources.
- Measure sales rep activity on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure time management and goal achievement.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of technical drawings and ensure all product details are captured for the CAD department to design correctly.
- Stay aware of changing market conditions, workplace requirements, price points, and lead times.
- Source new furniture brands/products where necessary to maximize opportunities for success on any given project.
- Liaise regularly with QS teams & suppliers regarding product feasibility and price points for each project.
- Communicate with clients regularly and attend tender briefings on fit-out works requirements.
- Gather all information for tenders and quotations, specifically instructing sales teams/admin on what to prepare and for whom.
- Communicate good news and bad news promptly to address issues appropriately.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English – written/spoken.
- At least 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within commercial or related industries.
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient understanding of MS Office.
- Strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent soft skills with a team player attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to thrive in an international environment, with multiple languages and time zones.
- Set, communicate, and maintain timelines, budgets, and priorities on every project.
