Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a substantial amount of work ahead. This role is part of the Radar Product Sales team and focuses on Stripe Radar.
What you’ll do
As an Account Executive, Product focusing on Stripe Radar, you will use your sales and product expertise to help drive product–market fit and growth of Stripe’s fraud-fighting products and solutions. You will collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and drive strategic deals. You will lead in-depth product discussions with existing and prospective users globally and build and execute our go-to-market strategy. You will engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CEOs, CTOs, and Chief Risk Officers. You will build value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding. You are organized, an excellent communicator, analytical, and have a track record of improving processes and organizations around you.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business and revenue growth by selling Radar to a variety of businesses
- Lead complex new and expansion deals related to Stripe’s Radar product offerings, capabilities, and tailored solutions
- Deeply understand the sales process and competitors’ fraud-fighting capabilities, with a focus on winning deals
- Synthesize and relay customer feedback to inform Stripe’s product roadmap
- Engage with Product, Marketing and Account teams to amplify growth globally
Requirements
- 10+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company with a track record of top performance in enterprise or strategic accounts
- Deep passion for fraud prevention and the ability to develop deep expertise
- Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders
- Self-starter capable of driving meaningful business results independently
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft multi-stakeholder solutions
- Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years selling fraud solutions for payments to enterprise customers
In-office expectations
Office-based teammates are expected to spend a portion of time in the local office or with users, with varies by role and location. Some locations or teams may have higher in-office requirements; the hiring manager will discuss specifics. This helps balance in-person collaboration with flexibility where possible.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$353,300 - S$529,900. For sales roles, the range includes target earnings and base salary and may vary by location. Applicants outside the primary location may request the salary range for their location during the interview process. Benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
