Overview We are representing our client, a leading ICT solutions provider , in seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support their business expansion. As a Sales Manager focusing on client relations and business growth , you will drive the expansion of the Public Safety business across ASEAN and the Indian Subcontinent . Working closely with the APAC regional team , you will lead direct sales efforts and collaborate with regional sales managers and presales consultants to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and deliver comprehensive solution proposals tailored to client needs. Responsibilities Identify, articulate, and promote the company’s value proposition to prospective customers. Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve assigned business goals and sales targets. Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key vendors to drive business growth. Formulate and execute business strategies across core activities to strengthen market awareness and share. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers at all organizational levels. Expand existing business accounts and proactively identify or create new opportunities to achieve revenue objectives. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and business development, preferably in the technology or systems integration sector. Proven regional experience across Southeast Asia. Experience engaging with clients in the Government or Financial Services Industry (FSI) sectors preferred. Strong understanding of government tenders, bids, and procurement processes. Knowledge of Biometrics, Identity Management, Public Safety, or Security Solutions is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and deal-closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
