To become a responsible player in the development of the world of Sweet Gastronomy, join our teams responsible for developing our product portfolio as a Trade Marketing Executive .

The Trade Marketing Executive will represent Valrhona & the New Brands portfolio through organization events and project development. He/She will assist the Country Manager in seeding the Varhona Selection Brands portfolio, identifying new opportunities, ensuring brand visibility, and activation during main events and in influential outlets by building strong relationships with chefs, outlet owners, advocates, and influencers.

Pastry Activities Coordination: 15/20 per year

  • Pastry Planning co-creation with Country Manager: updates and coordination
  • Draft of STD/Invitations and liaising with distributor
  • Branding development for Singapore market: props and marketing materials during events
  • Event preparation and presentation displays
  • IG Content creation

Seasonal Projects Development (Kingcake, Valentine's Day, CNY, Easter, Christmas…):

  • Co-creation of Pastry projects with Chefs & Country Manager
  • Communication Plan
  • Packaging/Box conception with agency if needed
  • Promotion and Brand collaboration for afternoon teas or other brands

Cercle V (Loyalty Program):

  • Proposal & organization of events for Cercle V customers, in partnership with regional marketing
  • Communication and liaison with customers for renewals, onboarding, and gifting packages, with follow-up from distributor

Annual Events coordination:

  • Organization of annual events with regional marketing, Chefs, and BD HK
  • Collaboration on Asia 50 Best/F1/Trade shows (FHA)
  • Propose, organize, and coordinate props and materials for annual events and client giftings

Market Analysis:

  • Feedback on market trends, competition pricing, and needs for reviews
  • Participation in monthly distributor meetings
  • Inputs for annual marketing plan for SG

Reporting:

  • Updates on product launches
  • Tracking KPIs & marketing activation reports
  • Monthly evaluation of New Brands development
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide reports

Communication / IG:

  • IG theme tours quarterly
  • Chef Demo videos during events
  • Homebaking/Retail actions with Digital Manager APAC
  • Médias/KOL identification

Required Profile:

  • Degree holder with business qualifications or equivalent
  • Highly mobile and engaged with customer interaction
  • Fluent in English; French or additional languages are a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong follow-through and multi-tasking skills
  • Food enthusiast with a passion for gastronomy
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
