**DESCRIPTION**
- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in planning and executing trade and marketing activations outlined in the annual calendar.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure timely execution of channel-specific activities.
- Plan and implement promotional initiatives for various channels and customers.
- Document meeting minutes and follow up on key action points as needed.
- Prepare and consolidate post-campaign evaluation reports.
- Prepare, compile, and present monthly Business Review (BR) reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and adapt visuals for trade promotions in line with the promotional calendar.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely production and delivery of POSM materials.
- Compile trade activities from Brand and Trade teams for the monthly Trade Bulletin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align trade marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control for trade marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and corporate policies.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Business Studies or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in FMCG (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Channel Development).
- Strong planning, analytical, and business acumen skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to a dynamic work environment, and work independently.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take on challenges.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
