Provide consultancy support to enhance decision-making processes. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Support change management initiatives within the organisation. Conduct market research to support data-driven strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Present regional business intelligence tailored for senior stakeholders. Maintain a centralized dashboard of brand health and performance metrics. Report regional performance in alignment with global priorities. Develop export collateral including brochures and commercial packs. Conduct pricing and financial analysis to support export strategies. Identify and onboard new distribution partners in priority markets. Assess sourcing viability across manufacturing plants considering trade agreements and logistics. The Successful Applicant 7 years of experience in business development, export strategy, or commercial planning within FMCG. Proven success in cross-border sales and market development in Southeast and South Asia. Strong financial and commercial analytical skills. Experience in executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, finance, marketing, and regulatory teams. High business acumen with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability. Familiarity with export logistics and international trading environments.
