RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To manage customer's shipment request and communicate promptly.2. Ensure timely co-ordination to finalize booking process with customer and perform booking process into system.3. Attend to customer's requests for container re-use, cargo claims, cross-bookings, container detention, damage container handling, and depot cleaning/washing issues.JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Strongly preferred with at least 1-2 years' experience in shipping or freight forwarding2.
