Global Account Director (CPG) - Global Accounts Responsibilities Lead the global relationship with our largest consumer packaged goods (CPG) partner(s) and work with TikTok's regional sales teams around the globe. Partner with cross‑functional teams to fuel revenue growth, manage the implementation of JBP contracts, obtain legal clearances, and drive product education/innovation. Use data to build consultative solutions for our largest global brand partners and identify growth opportunities for the business. Strengthen regional client relationships with a focus on revenue generation, advertiser education, and internal sales team satisfaction. Drive global revenue growth via deep collaboration with clients, regional sales partners, and cross‑functional teams. Lead first‑to‑market platform activations and innovations on a global scale. Support regional sales teams to solve key business blockers and enable the pitch process. Act as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices to drive incremental business opportunities. Analyze account performance data to provide data‑driven insights and improve the product offering. Conduct regular business reviews with a consultative, long‑term approach to build productive client relationships in collaboration with the Regional Sales team. Foster a collaborative team environment to share learning and innovation across accounts and borders. Collaborate with diverse internal cross‑functional teams across the Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue units to drive organizational KPIs. Global Reporting & Analysis: ongoing forecasting, deal management, and analysis of spend, seasonality, market participation, and saturation. Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s) Proven leadership experience in sales or business development with a clear history of client management and revenue generation in digital marketing. Excellent collaboration skills. Global experience operating within global networks and deep regional nuances understanding. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess business performance. Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical language to non‑technical stakeholders. Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, DAR, MOAT). Preferred Qualification(s) Leadership and people management experience. Experience managing CPG advertisers with a deep understanding of their business and media challenges.
