Exclusive: Implementation Director: APAC for Global Advertising/marketing Solutions Powerhouse The Implementation Director is responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding and deployment of client programs, ensuring seamless integration across the organisation's operational, creative, procurement, and technology teams. Operating as a key leader in the APAC region, the Implementation Director will lead complex, multi-market projects, ensure stakeholder alignment, and build a framework for operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Program Launch Lead the end-to-end implementation of new client accounts and service expansions across the region. Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned. Translate client objectives into detailed implementation plans and measurable deliverables. Project Management Develop and manage robust project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure delivery milestones are met on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, IT, operations, and client services throughout implementation. Partner with global and regional leadership to ensure best practices and knowledge transfer. Process Optimization Identify opportunities to standardize and improve implementation processes and tools across clients and geographies. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, system configuration, and data integration. Oversee the setup and integration of proprietary technology platforms with client systems. Ensure seamless adoption through user training and change management. Governance & Reporting Establish clear KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and governance models for implementation tracking. Provide regular status updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 10 years’ experience in implementation, operations, or program management roles, preferably within marketing execution, procurement, or supply chain environments. Proven success in leading large-scale client implementations across multiple geographies. Experience working in or with global brands and navigating complex matrix organizations. Strong understanding of procurement processes, marketing services, and digital workflow systems. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in high-pressure environments with competing priorities. Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). Strategic thinker with strong operational acumen. Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Client-focused mindset with a track record of building strong, trust-based relationships. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Ability to manage ambiguity and make decisions confidently. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. Experience working within the APAC region, with understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
