Experience supporting growth through transparency, consistency, and disciplined execution. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, high-growth environment Demonstrated ability to be operationally savvy in retail environment. High curiosity and desire to seek out new trends and best practices to elevate operational excellence. Digital mindset & ability to encourage others to adapt to new technologies & trends.
