About the Role A leading healthcare group is hiring a Sales Manager to oversee its Dental Laboratory and Education & Training divisions. The key responsibility of this role is to lead business development efforts to grow the dental lab’s revenue and reach. Key Responsibilities Dental Laboratory Operations Manage vendor and outsourcing relationships. Develop and implement pricing structures, cost controls, and margin improvement strategies. Drive business development to grow lab case volume and revenue: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clinicians. Identify opportunities to increase usage of lab services through outreach, onboarding programs, and promotions. Collaborate with marketing to launch initiatives that position the lab competitively in the market. Explore partnerships (e.g., equipment vendors, scanner programs) to expand the lab’s service footprint. Education & Training Plan and execute dental workshops, clinical hands‑on courses, and professional lectures. Work closely with clinical trainers, speakers, and industry partners to design impactful programs. Ensure educational offerings support clinician development and strengthen the company’s brand. Cross-functional & Strategic Responsibilities Work closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Clinical stakeholders. Provide leadership updates through reports and presentations. Support organizational transformation and operational excellence initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Healthcare, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in dental, and/or dental lab operations are preferred. Strong business development skills with proven success in growing service adoption. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
