Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business goals and drive measurable growth.
  • Run it like a business: Manage budgets, timelines, and priorities with a P&L mindset, ensuring ROI for every activity.
  • Lead from the front: Drive campaigns end-to-end — from market research and positioning to creative execution and performance tracking.
  • Be resourceful: Identify opportunities, solve problems, and adapt quickly without waiting for instruction.
  • Cross‑functional leadership: Partner with sales, product, and operations to ensure seamless go‑to‑market execution.
  • Data‑driven decisions: Use analytics and insights to refine strategies and deliver better outcomes.
Your Impact
  • Strategic Advisory: Generate plans for countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build trusted relationships with key partners, customers and prospects through marketing campaigns.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish Anaplan at industry events, in thought leadership opportunities, and through social media.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing marketing programs with measurable success – 10+ years in Field Marketing roles.
  • Experience in high technology B2B enterprise software field marketing; SaaS/on‑demand software experience highly desired.
  • Proven experience with Account Based Marketing techniques and ability to work with global cross‑functional commercial teams to develop ABM programs for key accounts.
  • Ability to think big picture and use both traditional and modern marketing tactics to design effective programs.
  • Splash, CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation (Marketo) experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify ROI of marketing programs.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A hands‑on approach — willing to roll up sleeves and make things happen.
