Responsibilities Develop & lead marketing strategies, overseeing omnichannel branding, digital initiatives and campaigns that drive business objectives Leverage market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities that the company can capitalise on Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) to drive sales through paid and organic advertising, content marketing, social media and more Manage the marketing budget; track ROI and campaign effectiveness through KPIs and analytics Collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Care teams to ensure go-to-market strategies are successful and smoothly executed Manage a team of marketing executives to ensure that each brand’s presence is growing and acquiring more market share Other duties as assigned by the General Manager/Management Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred At least 5 years of marketing experience with 2 years in a managerial role Experience in managing media, event and design agencies Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both written and verbal Regional travel is required 5 days work week friendly working environment Annual leave / medical benefit / bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
