Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Internal Client Directors and Sales Directors to create a GTM Strategy for ServiceNow
  • Work with Product Vendor in aligning the GTM strategy
  • Accountable for driving Solution responses (written and oral) to identified opportunities in Asia.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate technical, functional and organizational requirements on adoption of Service Now platform/’s.
  • Deliver clear, confident guidance on migration scope, impact, and benefits
  • Stay informed on ServiceNow product architecture, typical customer configurations, and integration points
Qualifications
  • Overall 15+ years in IT Industry with 8+ years in presales, solution consulting, or solution architect roles
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholder
  • Strong communication, listening, and objection handling skills
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ServiceNow product area beyond ITxM products.
  • Ability to collaborate with ServiceNow architects and technical teams when deeper product expertise is needed
  • ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is a must. ServiceNow CIS certification is desirable in one of the Products.
  • Prior experience working with Onshore Offshore model is required.
