Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Operations Director to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across a comprehensive suite of innovative technology solutions tailored for the hospitality industry across the Asia Pacific Region. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in solution sales, market expansion, commercial excellence and sales leadership. Responsibilities As the Sales Operations Director, you will: Develop and execute sales strategies across the Asia Pacific region to achieve measurable growth and profitability. Own the annual sales plan, ensuring monthly targets are tracked, analyzed, and achieved across teams. Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform tactical adjustments. Collaborate with business units to design and implement innovative sales programs and promotional campaigns. Deliver timely performance reports and insights to senior stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional leadership to optimize sales focus, sector penetration, and solution expertise. Build and nurture senior-level relationships (“C-suite”) within client organizations, identifying business needs and aligning tailored solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 10 years of experience in direct and channel sales, with a strong understanding of product strategy and positioning. A proven track record of success in selling sophisticated solutions to targeted verticals, preferably in the hospitality or technology sectors. A well-established network and credibility with C-level decision-makers. Strong commercial instincts and a deep understanding of business dynamics, competitive landscapes, and market behavior. Strategic thinking capabilities combined with hands-on execution skills—agile, adaptable, and results-driven. Proven record in managing multicultural sales teams Day-to-Day In this role, you will: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across the Asia Pacific region to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to present tailored solutions that address their unique business challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and alignment with organizational goals. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability in sales performance.
