Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Director role is based in Singapore. The Sales Director will lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, oversee sales operations, and develop strong relationships with enterprise clients. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, leading and mentoring the sales team, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with clients to meet their technology needs. The role also involves working closely with internal teams for seamless delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving company sales goals. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver Singapore’s revenue and profitability targets across both Hashmato and WinCloud. Lead the go-to-market execution for both brands, ensuring strong pipeline generation and deal closures. Drive enterprise partnerships with hotel chains, restaurant groups, and hospitality ecosystem players. Oversee business forecasting, pricing strategies, and performance reporting. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance Sales, Customer Success, and Operations team. Set quarterly and annual team targets, ensuring accountability and measurable progress. Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and customer obsession. Operational Management Oversee daily business operations and ensure seamless coordination between brands and functions. Establish processes and governance frameworks to support scalable growth. Drive efficiency, resource allocation, and operational KPIs. Prepare for full P&L responsibility of Singapore operations. Strategic Direction Work closely with the Group Leadership to execute RBS’s strategic and commercial roadmap. Identify expansion opportunities in new verticals, technologies, or regional markets. Represent RBS, Hashmato, and WinCloud at industry forums, trade shows, and partner events. Performance Metrics Achievement of annual and quarterly revenue targets. Gross margin and profitability improvement. Sales pipeline strength and conversion rate. Customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction (NPS). Operational efficiency and team performance. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Leadership, Sales, or Operations within Hospitality, SaaS, or F&B Technology. Proven record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue and leading cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of Singapore’s hospitality market dynamics. Ability to manage both B2B enterprise and mid-market client segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with execution discipline and entrepreneurial mindset. Proven success selling Hospitality Technology Solutions , including Retail POS, F&B POS, and Property Management Systems (PMS). This role is designed to evolve into Country Director, Singapore with full operational and P&L ownership as the business scales to $4M+ in Singapore.
