Roles And Responsibilities As a Sales Director you will: Lead the end‑to‑end sales process for the MINDEF account and other Singapore Public Sector agencies, driving pipeline creation, accurate forecasting and client issue management. Collaborate with Capgemini teams (management, solution, risks, finance, tax, legal, partners) to formulate go‑to‑market strategies and execute business plans. Deliver results for complex technology initiatives and help clients achieve their business objectives. Develop and maintain senior customer and partner relationships to enable strategic selling into the account. Key Qualifications 15–20 years of sales experience in public sector or consulting, with a strong track record in MINDEF and Singapore Public Sector. Proven ability to sell professional services across consultancy, software solutioning, development, integration, support and maintenance. Deep understanding of MINDEF operations and IT landscape, with a capability to connect Capgemini use‑cases and SMEs. Strong presentation and financial/business acumen, with the drive to deliver high‑quality outcomes. Self‑starter, positive attitude and capacity to thrive in a multi‑cultural, fast‑paced environment. Additional Requirements Familiar with technology and governance frameworks, procurement concepts and public sector standards. Highly independent in handling complex, fast‑paced environments to ensure quality and timeliness. Strong leadership, organizational planning and time management skills.
