INFUSE is looking for a highly organized and driven individual to join our amazing Team

We're seeking anAgency Partnership Account Manager based inSingapore . You'll own and grow relationships with agency partners that are critical to expanding INFUSE's local presence and driving demand-led growth for our enterprise clients.

  • Serve as theprimary day-to-day leadfor managing agency relationships across Singapore.
  • Own theRFP process: ensure timely, compelling responses aligned with client and partner expectations.
  • Build and maintainstrong agency connectionsthrough regular touchpoints—whether check-ins, coffee meetings, lunch or the occasional happy hour (with budget-wise discretion).
  • Stay attuned toagency shifts and opportunity signals—identify new needs, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Driveclient retention and renewalsfor agency-linked accounts, working proactively to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate closely with theAccount Directorto advance renewal pipelines and escalate opportunities.
  • Partner with the GTM Strategistto coordinate agent-facing workshops, research-sharing sessions, and joint strategic initiatives.

  • Region-Savvy: familiar with the Singapore market and agency culture, you navigate local expectations and nuances confidently.
