Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Authority’s ICT projects and operations including but not limited to the following: Manage and track the security findings centrally and follow-up with owners Manage and track manpower resource requests, interview sessions and performance appraiser etc. Manage and track contract utilization, expiration and renewal Manage and coordinate logistics for both internal and external project meetings Review monthly progress reports and supporting documents submitted by Contractors. Handle security clearance for the external personnel Job Requirements Past track records in administrative work, administer contract / human resource or similar job scope. Knowledge of the Authority’s processes will be an added advantage. Knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel required Good verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills and strong team player Careful and meticulous worker Able to commit for a period of 12 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
