Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Authority’s ICT projects and operations including but not limited to the following:
- Manage and track the security findings centrally and follow-up with owners
- Manage and track manpower resource requests, interview sessions and performance appraiser etc.
- Manage and track contract utilization, expiration and renewal
- Manage and coordinate logistics for both internal and external project meetings
- Review monthly progress reports and supporting documents submitted by Contractors.
- Handle security clearance for the external personnel
- Past track records in administrative work, administer contract / human resource or similar job scope. Knowledge of the Authority’s processes will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
- Careful and meticulous worker
- Able to commit for a period of 12 months
