Role

Today+ is Hiring: Customer Relationship Officer. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to deliver high-quality support for our client services. This position is based in Singapore Beach Road GUOCO Midtown and available for full-time or part-time applicants.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming inquiries and respond to emails and messages from diverse family groups.
  • Deeply understand family needs and provide thoughtful, tailored solutions.
  • Maintain client records and follow up on issue resolution.
  • Proactively analyze client feedback and propose improvement strategies.
  • Actively promote company-organized events or programs for clients.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; fluency in Mandarin and dialect is a plus to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Patience and attention to detail in addressing client needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A confident, proactive, and determined personality.
