The Business Development Manager will support Yin Yuan Marriage Agency in identifying strategic growth opportunities, building networks, and expanding client outreach within the matchmaking and dating services industry. The role will also involve improving operational processes and enhancing service offerings to meet evolving client expectations.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth in the dating and matchmaking sector.

2. Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and expand the agency’s service offerings.

3. Initiate and manage collaborations or partnerships with event organizers, lifestyle brands, and relevant platforms to increase visibility and client engagement.

4. Enhance the company’s online presence through social media management, content creation, and website updates to reach a broader audience.

5. Track performance metrics and client feedback to assess service quality and improve matchmaking effectiveness.

6. Assist in planning and organizing exclusive client events and social gatherings to foster relationship-building among participants.

7. Support the owner in administrative tasks related to client management, documentation, and service coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
