Overview

Head of Business Development & Investor Relations - VC Fund. This role at Michael Page is to lead fundraising and investor relations for a Southeast Asia and India-focused early-stage technology VC fund. The Head of Business Development & Investor Relations is a newly created role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead investor relations and business development for current and future funds (e.g., $500M+).
  • Develop and manage investor materials: pitch decks, PPMs, data rooms, and due diligence documents.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and DFIs.
  • Lead fundraising efforts and represent the fund at industry events and conferences.
  • Manage reporting, investor meetings, and presentations; act as advisor to the investment team regarding investor interest.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for regulators across various markets.
Qualifications
  • Master\'s in Finance, Business or a related discipline; experience in investor relations and/or public relations.
  • Proven track record in leading fundraising in a PE/VC setup; successfully closed rounds > USD 300m.
  • Experience managing LP relationships and running co-investment processes.
  • Ability to work independently; approximately 12 years of related experience expected.
  • Strong business ethics and alignment with corporate culture.
