In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and related procedures, including assisting with labor contract signing/renewal, timely insurance contributions, and payroll processing; overseeing Work Pass applications and maintenance.
  2. Coordinating labor relations by collecting, organizing, and analyzing employee concerns, providing feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Identifying employment relations cases with potential regulatory breaches and escalating them to relevant departments for resolution.
  4. Ensuring HR and Employment Law knowledge is current, providing guidance on policies, practices, and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  5. Supporting the Employee Relations team in projects, peak periods, and broader HR priorities as needed.

What You Need To Succeed:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role, or equivalent experience.
  2. Strong critical thinking skills, efficiency, autonomy, and sound judgment to handle cases and escalations.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and in-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  4. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee information and HR matters.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  6. Experience in administration is a plus.
