Join ourteam as a People & Organisation (HR) Advisor and become an integral part of drivingtransformativeinitiatives not onlywithin Siemens but also beyond. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a trustedadvisor and coach to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on awide range oftopics, programs, andpolicies. Your responsibilities will include meticulous monitoring of datamanagement requirements at the local level. You'll make an impact by:

Strategic HR Support: You'llidentify needs and help develop HR initiatives that align with company goals. HR Expertise: You'll guidemanagers through HR processes (Support HR inquiriesinvolving contract-related matters, facilitate access to on-demand P&Osolutions for managers and employees), answercomplex questions, and empower them to use HR resources. Data-Driven Decisions: You'lluse data analysis to understand people-related trends and support informedbusiness choices. HR Compliance: You'll collaboratewith the H2R (Hire-to-Retire) team to ensure HR data management followsregulations and company policies. Project Management: You'llassist with implementing HR activities, projects, and initiatives as directedby HR Business Partners.

You’d describe yourself as:

Education : 3-5 years of relevant experiencein HR or a similar function within a large organization. Communication : Strong Englishcommunication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams. HR Skills/Knowledge : Hands-on experiencewith major HR systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday etc.); Deep understanding oflocal labor laws and HR processes. Stakeholder Engagement : Excellentcustomer focus and problem-solving skills with a proactive and compliantapproach. Personal attributes : Strong analytical skillsand a growth mindset with ownership, resilience, and a collaborative spirit.
