Our client is a global organisation providing a range of engineering, construction and maintenance services. Due to their business growth in APAC, we are partnering with them to look for Learning and Development Specialist (APAC), based in Singapore regional office.
The role – key purpose
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Executive – Learning & Development to join their team. This role focuses on coordinating and supporting the execution of global learning and development programs. You will manage the administrative aspects of training initiatives, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
This is a great opportunity for a young professional passionate about HR and learning, with strong organizational skills and an interest in working in an international environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • L&D Program Coordination
  • Support the alignment of regional training activities with global learning and development programs.
  • Coordinate with the Company two other academies to ensure consistent execution of training initiatives.
  • Assist in communicating and rolling out training programs across the organization.
Training Administration:
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to training programs, including participant registration, sending invitations, follow-ups, and post-training evaluations.
  • Maintain a structured schedule for training sessions and manage communication with participants and trainers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to training materials and documents.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain and update Excel files, databases, and training records.
  • Track and report on training participation, completion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries to share with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR or Learning & Development roles, preferably in industries such as construction, engineering, or related sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Experience in an international environment is preferred.
  • Passion for HR and learning, with a collaborative and proactive approach to work.
