Intro

We are seeking a talented and driven Head of Enterprise Sales, APAC, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong enterprise software sales hunting skills with a unique blend of technical prowess and sales acumen, enabling them to effectively deliver our product’s value proposition to potential customers in the APAC region.

What will you do

Establish and execute sales and marketing goals for Screening Eagle Inspect software. Architect our Go-To-Market strategy for business development and software sales in the region. Monitor competitive positioning.  Work closely with product marketing to define budget and priorities to generate and qualify sales leads. Collaborate with brand marketing on the Eagle Inspect software market positioning.  Develop strategic relationships in the relevant industries and markets; grow and cultivate our position within the technology industry and the Construction and Inspection Tech ecosystem. Represent Screening Eagle in discussions with key partners.  Analyze customer requirements and design customized product solutions to meet their needs. Manage the sales pipeline (forecasting, tracking and lead progression) across the product sales life cycle.  Design sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and expand market share.  Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, and collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and case studies.  Analyze product performance using key metrics and data analytics for informed decision-making. Monitor and report on product KPIs, adjusting the strategy as needed. Use data insights to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.

What do we expect

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven track record of success as a Sales Lead, particularly in a hunter role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and achieving results. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer engagements and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent. Proficiency in data analysis and use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Self-motivated and proactive, with a hunger for success and a willingness to take initiative. 50% of travel is required.
