Our client is looking for a meticulous Payroll Executive to manage the payroll functions for their Singapore office, factory, sales commissions, and operations in India. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and ensure accurate payroll calculations, including overtime and commissions. This role will also provide support to the accounts department in other finance-related tasks, making it essential to have excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in all responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll processing for all employees in the Singapore office, factory, and India.
  • Accurately calculate overtime, sales commissions, and deductions.
  • Ensure timely and correct payroll disbursements in compliance with local regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
  • Resolve payroll-related queries from employees and management.
  • Support the accounts department with other finance-related tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure smooth payroll and benefits administration.
  • Conduct regular reviews of payroll processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations in Singapore and India.
  • Ability to calculate overtime and commissions with precision.
  • Meticulous, with a high attention to detail and ability to avoid mistakes.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work well in a team and provide support for other finance functions.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle employee queries related to payroll.
